Privacy & Website Usage Policy
General – Playspaceservices.com and Postpadding.com collects your IP address, location, browser type and operating system on each visit to every page on the site. This information is used for internal statistical tracking purposes and is never shared with other entities outside of Play Space Services, Inc. or its other owned companies unless required by law enforcement. Your name and other information is NOT collected unless you specifically provide it for contacting us or using the online chat, forms or registering an account.
Cookies – Our online account uses a session cookie and a persistent cookie. The session cookie is used to log in and holds your username and if you are logged in, your password in an encrypted form. The persistent cookie is kept for thirty days and holds your username. If you click the “Remember me” checkbox when logging in it will also hold your password in an encrypted form. You can delete these cookies if you are using a shared computer and you don’t want other users to view your username.
Your user name and IP address are logged every time you log in. For your privacy and security, we recommend that you do not use a public computer or a shared computer. If you do choose to log in on a public or shared computer, make sure you log out at the end of each session [when possible delete cookies] otherwise other users will be able to make use of your identity.
Passwords – Our site uses passwords to protect you and your data that is available online. Make sure that you use a STRONG [a strong password is a minimum of 8 characters and uses three of the four categories: A-Z, a-z, 0-9, symbols] and keep it safe. You should never share your password with anyone else either directly or indirectly. If you have other employees or members, they each should have their own username and password.
Third-Parties – We will not release or sell any information we hold about you unless you consent to the release or we are required to release the information by law. Independent contractors who are assigned by Play Space Services, Inc. to complete the services or deliveries for your account may be able to access your confidential information on a need to know basis only. Information that pertains directly to their task will be available.
E-Mail – Play Space Services, Inc. and PostPadding.com, do not send emails out such as “Spam.” We do send bulk emails using approved methods for e-mail marketing campaigns. On occasion, we will send all of our clients a group e-mail when special offers, price changes, or important issues arise. When doing business with Play Space Services, Inc. and PostPadding.com you will be entered into our Newsletter subscription. You may opt out of the subscription at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any Newsletter that you receive. If you believe you have received bulk e-mail from us, or have received a suspicious email that appears to be fraudulent, please contact us so that we can investigate the matter.
E-Mails are not a secure form of communication; never share communication; never share your credit card number, banking information, social security or any other personal information through e-mails. This also means do not share your password or account information with anyone via email.
